“Very good overall have been shopping with you guys for ages and have spent thousands of dollars and is always super quick and extremly fast delivery But upon receiving my previous order on one of my bumpers there's a crack in the plastic on the corner I haven't had the time to have a thorough look at the other parts yet but very disappointed I thought it may have been through delivery but had a look at the boxes and the thick film around the corners of the bumpers and they were all fine no damage, and its a weird place for it to have cracked if it was dropped ill link photos below Thank you heritage team you guys are all amazing”

“Good service ,reasonable prices. Dealt with returns promptly and efficently A couple of the smaller I think reproduction items leave a bit to be desired but on the whole not a bad experience!”

“I only live 30mins away from VW Heritage, which is great. The downside is that since Covid, like many businesses they have removed the human element. The shop and counter have been removed. It used to be really great because you could have a chat about parts and get great advice. Now you have to send an email and wait up to 48hrs. Like I said, other companies have done exactly the same....just the 'New normal"...a term I am not very fond of!”

“Das Produkt ist im Grunde zutreffend beschrieben. Einzig und allein ist die Abbildung des Produktes minimal anders, als das beschriebene beziehungsweise das von mir gebrauchte Teil. Tatsächlich muss ich aber noch prüfen, inwiefern es trotzdem passt. die Zustellung war relativ zügig.Alles in allem ein empfehlenswerter Lieferant.”

“Leider stimmte der Lagerbestand bei der Bestellung (Bambusablage Typ 3) und auch später im Shop nicht (sollten 2 vorrätig sein - es war aber keiner da) dadurch musste ich warten und sie 2 Pakete schicken. Sonst war alles in Ordnung. Viele Grüße Michael”
