“Parts were a little confusing to find and make sure they were correct on the website, emailed to ask, no reply. Ordered the parts I thought I needed and arrived quite quickly. Decent packaging.”

“hi, I'm very satisfied with your products, the only thing is the delivery time is very long, it would be desirable if you could shorten it. There is one more thing and that is your payment method, it is a big risk as a private customer to pay in advance when there are large sums. We have a company in Sweden called Klarna.com where you can pay by invoice and pay after you receive the goods, it would be good if you could connect your company to them (I order goods from China and they then use Klarna as a payment method) Regards Peter Tesarz”

“Let’s be clear so everyone sees this they are not open on Saturday at all for click and collect. Google search is incorrect. Not necessarily Heritage fault but website isn’t clear. I ordered a replacement bearing for steering column with flange. Not fitted yet. They offer 2 bearings but need to be clear that one is a replacement for older fitting. That’s not clear on website and staff couldn’t help me. Had to find out myself. I need a Haynes manual so not necessarily Heritage fault but even my garage couldn’t work out the different bearings as we had after market steering wheel fitted incorrectly. Again not Heritages fault.”
