“I wish there was more care taken with shipping. I wanted to buy a few more things with my order and adding a small plastic badge more then doubled the shipping quote. A part that would have easily fit in the same box.”

“ottimo sito di vendita!ho avuto qualche problema avendo una 911 in restauro ed avendo speso piu di 2000 nel black friday volendo ancora completare gli ordini non ha mai piu funzionato lo sconto prorogato al 30!!2 ordini del 27/non sono ancora arrivati!! grazie E.trotta”

“Parts as described in product description. Quick service and delivery, but delivery costs a bit high. Although it's great to have an outlet for hard to get vw parts. Definitely enquire and buy from Heritage parts again.”

“Yes I would shop with you again. It would be nice to be able to track my freight. Current order I have no idea where it is. Previous order I asked for tracking and and did not get a response. It did arrive. Seems like you take the money and run. Thanks Dale”

“I like looking at your site and use you however not being able to call and order parts is very unhelpful, sorry . It now takes longer to get bits as having to email and wait for a reply takes a lot longer. I have had to use a supplier in Germany for dome parts also.”

“When ordering items marked as in stock, I did not receive them, without prior notification that they are not in stock. After complain received message that they will be supplied when available. Apart from one incident, service, speed of delivery and technical support are excellent.”
