“Yes I would shop with you again. It would be nice to be able to track my freight. Current order I have no idea where it is. Previous order I asked for tracking and and did not get a response. It did arrive. Seems like you take the money and run. Thanks Dale”

“I like looking at your site and use you however not being able to call and order parts is very unhelpful, sorry . It now takes longer to get bits as having to email and wait for a reply takes a lot longer. I have had to use a supplier in Germany for dome parts also.”

“When ordering items marked as in stock, I did not receive them, without prior notification that they are not in stock. After complain received message that they will be supplied when available. Apart from one incident, service, speed of delivery and technical support are excellent.”

“I placed my order but the site captured a different posting address. Good thing it reached the correct city and it had my number. I've reached out you guys twice maybe thrice to have it corrected. Never had a confirmation. Hire someone to respond promptly. Not a pleasant experience for a first time overseas buyer.”

“Hello there, This is Yaacov from Israel. Shipping to Israel by a carrier like Fedex , is a trouble when the package gets to Israel. The company asks for papers and extra cost to deliver it to me. If you can ship Royal mail it is cheaper and easier way . Will you be able to ship Royal mail international to Israel the next orders? Thanks, Yaacov”

“Excellent place to find that one piece. Shipping is too expensive to shop often, I use JBUGS or CIP1 for the routine stuff. Out of stock mirrors took 6 months to get - an expected delivery date would have been nice.”
