“There was a forecast delay for the delivery of my electronic ignition kit, and it took around 7 weeks for the item to appear, which wasn't a problem as I'm in no hurry to have it fitted. The fitting will be by someone who knows what they are doing [not me then] and will wait until the sun comes out and there's no salt on the roads.”

“Website was really good although I felt I was shopping from an Australian site as the heading was vw heritage parts center au. That in itself was not a big issue as it wouldn’t have stopped me purchasing had I known it was coming from the uk. I was a little disappointed when following my order I was hit with a separate international transaction fee. I had also accidentally doubled up one part which I realize is my fault but was again a bit disappointed that it was uneconomical to return.”

“Parts delivered in good condition and well packed. Only issue I had was, I thought I had ordered two strut tops in the shopping cart but after payment I noticed only one was purchased. As I was not in a hurry for this component it wasn't an issue just a minor inconvenience.”

“Quick service, and the best place for those model specific Vw parts but I do miss the ability to phone up and talk to one of the team about if it’s the correct part. As a consequence I feel I will not heritage as often as I can trawl around all the other online only parts suppliers. The human contact was invaluable.”

“Its hard for me being 63 and meny years ago we had parts catalogue s and someone to talk to on the phone i would recommend someone to talk to when you have a problem meny thanks though and will use you again”

“Thank you I finally received the balance of my order, however it is alarming to see that the package of supposedly 4 tiny screws, contains only 1 screw! I would have expected to maybe receive 1 extra instead of receiving 3 less! I guess the postage would cost folds more to send me the balance ordered and not received”

“I think the web site is excellent and easy to navigate. I bought my old MK VW Golf back after selling it 20 years ago. I am just starting my MK2 Golf project and will be ordering more parts. One constructive criticism is that the parts took over a week to arrive, considering I am ordering from Amazon on a regular basis and have the goods the next day??”

“Honestly the parts are ok but the freigth cost transportatin from UK to US was too high for only 2 pounds and smaller box. Really do not buy more with you due high cost because the site shows free shipping but I do not where is the free shipping I was thinking you use the regular postal service from UK to US but no so.”
