“PRODUCT IS OK BUT THE SERVICE ISN'T AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE...REMOVING THE ABILITY FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME (WHO ARE VERY MUCH LAYMEN) TO HAVE A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS VW'S INSIDE OUT IS VERY VERY HELPFUL...IT SAVES A LOT OF TO-ING AND FRO-ING WHEN THE WRONG ITEM IS REQUESTED AND THEN NEEDS RETURNING ETC... GENERAL ADVICE IS INVALUABLE... YOU HAVE TAKEN A STEP BACKWARDS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONS WITH THIS ACTION - AND IT's A SHAME! BEST REGARDS, Dick Appleton”

“Honestly this is my one stop shop for my MKII parts. Shipping was a little rough. I paid all the extra but then still got an email from DHL to pay more. So really it is on DHL for the headache not this shop. I will be returning. The parts were shipped fast. Thank you to the team.”

“Very pleased with my lighting upgrade I was blind but now I see. The kit was easy enough to fit. I would have liked a bit more length on the wiring to the offside headlight. it restricted my options for positioning the new fuses. I had put off doing the upgrade for years thinking it was too complicated. I needn't have worried”

“The part I received was not the same dimensions as my original part . After I ordered I realized my order was overseas and shipping was $44.00 . I'm having a local machine shop make my part for a cheaper cost .”
