“Not a first-time buyer from you. Thanks for your vast catalogue of hard-to-find parts. Sometimes, packaging can be excessive, and postage too expensive [small parts in a way oversized box, when a padded envelope could have easily done the job]. There is a noticeable lacuna in parts pertaining to wiper mechanisms [wipers, linkages, shafts, spindles, retaining nuts] for Golf/Jetta MkII *RHD MODELS*. Can something be done to address this, I wonder? Just been through 6 months without functioning wipers because I had to track down second-hand parts. It was infuriating considering how easy it is to find all the comparable parts for LHD. Would appreciate your acknowledgement.”

“Bought Porsche 944 rear brakes fittings kit, which came up on back notice suddenly , it was a bit more expensive than ANOther, but available! I will still look around for best prices but, will always give Heritage a try. I chose to collect rather than deliver ,and the process was straightforward and efficient.”

“I was skeptical 'cause of the bad reviews I read about the company on facebook and other review websites lately, even though the company has built a reputation throughout the years. So I decided to give it a shot. I ordered door hinges for my mk2 Golf with an OEM coolant reservoir bracket. I'm from Madagascar and the parts came in just 7 days in really good condition.”

“I purchased a forst starter motor for my VW t2 and also a Bush separately as the warranty stated I needed it. But the starter came with a Bush supplied , it might be worth stating this on your site so people don't buy a Bush that's not needed , other than that the service was excellent and good fast delivery Regards Ian”
