“Tried to order by telephone. Sadly now done away with . I found this service very good , very useful. However, found required items online . Data base needs upgrading as some items come in kit form but the unwary customer might buy these items singly at greater expense. Items were sent promptly . some out of stock items followed soon after at no extra postage cost. Well done !”

“PRODUCT IS OK BUT THE SERVICE ISN'T AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE...REMOVING THE ABILITY FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME (WHO ARE VERY MUCH LAYMEN) TO HAVE A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS VW'S INSIDE OUT IS VERY VERY HELPFUL...IT SAVES A LOT OF TO-ING AND FRO-ING WHEN THE WRONG ITEM IS REQUESTED AND THEN NEEDS RETURNING ETC...
