“Hi I used to live in the UK and have used your company for years when trying to source parts for an old vehicle it is very helpful to be able to talk to someone so you can explain what you are trying to do or need. you no longer have a call number so this can be achieved. very disappointing to be honest.”

“Parts seem good quality, ordering straightforward. Only downside was the courier who stated the item was delivered when it wasn't, they had handed it to another courier company. That's not Heritage parts fault though!”

“Great place but only online now so really annoying that you can't speak to someone in person. I used the place for years prob 20 years. Great staff and freindly. But now you can't speak to you on the phone it makes it less personal.”
