“This is an irreplaceable service, especially for owners of the earlier VW's. The range of items available - sourced from all over the world but especially from Germany - is awe-inspiring. Gone, sadly, are the days when you could pitch up at Heritage and ask for what you want, nowadays it's distant ordering, but the concept still services thousands - no, tens of thousands - of people. I've used Heritage many times and it's a constant. Any complaints? Make it clearer from your web-page that you don't sell over the counter!”

“i orded front radiator hoses for my85 vanagon not realizing you were based in UK it only took a extra day or two to arrive . the hoses are top notch and fit great”

“Expensive - but quality has a price. Received the door window belt seals in good condition and they fit perfectly. Shipping was very high for such lightweight items, at about $90. So I ended up buying a door seal to qualify for free shipping. Ended up costing the same.”

“Easy to find what you want to buy. Easy to shop with card. A little bad feedback after you have shopped where the package is and received the tracking number for the package late. But all in all it was good. I received the package and everything was fine, no damage. Haven't had time to install yet. I seen the teaching video. So this must be good. :o)”

“I ordered a door handle for a 2007 California se online. It indicated this item was suitable for my vehicle. The item arrived in good time and looked to be good quality. Unfortunately when I took the door card off, I discovered the door handle was an integral part of the door card so the handle I received was not correct. I haven't returned it due to the fact it will cost me as much again in postage. The service as a whole was good but a slight disparity re the suitability of the part for my particular vehicle.”

“Hello Heritage, The quality of your service is very good. But the quality of the rear vanagon bumper you sent is just barely good enough. The chrome finish gives way to sharp or slightly ragged edges. And the fit to the bumper end caps was pretty difficult.”
