“I ordered a hard to find part from Canada. The price was right and the delivery was great. The shipping and duty costs however made my parts double than what they were worth. Not VW Heritage's fault but it's something to consider for next time.”

“I’ve found that Heritage Parts Centre have everything I need for my Beetle restoration project at reasonable prices. Parts have arrived quickly, staff have been helpful with my inquiries. However I do have an issue with shipping, I haven’t yet had free shipping as they advertise even though my orders have been over au$250. Overall though I am happy with their service.”

“Unfortunately the part was incorrectly supplied but Heritage swiftly provided a reply paid address to return it and a full refund a few days later. Shame about the initial problem but can't fault the customer service thereafter. I would certainly have confidence to use in the future.”

“Service was excellent however the car cover I bought is perishing already. This is extremely disappointing as I have had it a mere weeks and it has only sat covering my vw beetle during this period. Surely the hot weather does not make it deteriorate as it has done? I suspect it is now ineffective. I would like to discuss a replacement with someone please”
