“I use Heritage quite a lot since starting my business and have ordered several thousand pounds worth of parts from them. I have had a couple if issues but they have been resolved to my satisfaction. I continue to purchase parts from them the only thing I will say is quite a few of the parts I require are out of stock, the description often says 8 to 10 week wait but I actually need to know when they will actually be in stock. I would have done several thousand pounds more business with them if stocks and or delivery of nil stocks would have been sorted quicker. Overall happy with using them.”

“Very good quality robust window winder handles. Unfortunately they didn't come with new screws, as the original screws are not long enough to fit the new handles on.”

“Enquired through customer services on a part and was told it wasn't' available only to then find it in the shop. After receiving the part I discovered that fixings weren't included which meant I had to buy those and pay for another delivery. A note in the description of the product saying fixings were not induced and a link to them would have been useful.”

“Hi there, even though I have only recently bought a few small items ( engine and fuel filler sticker) I was supprised that the postage was £4 to 5 for such small items that fit in an envelope. 1st class postage stamps are £1 or just over. So why was I charged such a large amount for posting items that fit in a small envelope. I would totally understand if I bought an item of some weight which commanded a high postage charge. Could someone please explain to me the reason why ? Kind regards Peter @ Epic Germany Autos”

Thanks for the feedback. We have a minimum post and packing charge of £3.95 for orders up to £19.99. As the web ordering system is automated, we are unable to reduce the price based on the size of the items purchased, we can only go by order value.

“This cover was for my daughter's VW camper. It is a very tight fit only just goes under the bumpers. and she is disapointed that there are no under straps.the previous cover had two clipable ones.Good quality and waterproof. .”

“yeah generally good- parts arrived without drama which is nice. Good to see you didn't use Hermes or Yodel; Id rather pay a bit more and have decent couriers/royal mail. Im not sure which part this review is in reference to - my classic part order placed 17/01/2019 hasn't arrived which is disappointing but I was at least forewarned. The other order I made for brake pipes arrived within a couple of days so I guess understandably stock items are processed very promptly. Generally the quality is usually OK, but I have had some shockingly poor things arrive - but VWH refunded no questions and quickly. I always used to think they were a good level or two above Just Kampers in terms of general quality, but they're are edging towards being more parallel now; saving grace is the genuine/classic parts function in the website - this is often the only reason I use VWH now.”
