“I bought a new roof canvas for a Vw T2 Weatfalia. It wasn't until I ordered it online that I discovered the 1st surprise, it was an order on demand item which potentially meant a 6 week lead time. Then came the 2nd surprise, I was amazed when it turned up within a few days. Whilst it was a brilliant surprise I would have preferred some sort of communication on the progress of the order. The actual product is actually very good, it fits neatly and is nice and taught without being stretched. The material looks thin enough to be susceptible to tearing so caution required when fitting although is doesn't detract from the quality. Overall I'm very happy with the product and the service but would prefer no surprises next time”

“I have used you for both VW and Porsche parts and found the whole process easy and efficient. The parts are always good quality and are reasonably priced + delivered quickly. On occasions some of the more standard Porsche service parts (for a 76 911 with a 3.6 964 motor - so a bit of a Frankenstein!) weren’t in stock but as you are getting into that area it’s understandable. I would recommend you and continue to use you in preference to other suppliers.”

“First parts that are needed to restore a 73 Beetle, some arrived within days of order, others awaiting from manufacturer! generally a very good experience! hopefully the rest of parts needed in the future will be as easy to buy.”

“Unfortunately the replacement seat belts does not suit my 74 Beetle, the 2 packages I opened to fit appeared good quality, it's a shame that I could not review the operation of the items. I ordered parts last year and they where of good quality. I highly recommend Heritage parts for the quick delivery of any items I have purchased on line.”

“Good quality parts sent quickly, however a little confusion about delivery between company & couriers but resolved in the end. Unfortunately the company they use cannot be contacted via telephone only by email which is a very poor service, however Heritage themselves were very helpful.”

“Very fast delivery to Australia. all items correct but the type 3 floorpan wasn’t the best quality where the battery sits it had been pressed all the way through in one part. Despite that I would definitely order parts from here again.”
