“Have been very happy until last order, parts listed as three weeks as special order, after three weeks later told not expected till middle of the following month. Not impressed at all. I would not have purchased and paid upfront as per order if items were listed as over a month and a half waiting time. I have other items in the same order required urgently now stuck waiting and feeling a fool. I should have bought direct from the manufacturer but thought i was doing the right thing supporting heritage on a short wait. Very unhappy”

“Over the last 18 months I have have bought alot of parts for the resoration of my Golf. When asked a question on a product the heritage team have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have ordered and returned items and the service has been great. Delivery is swift and returns hassel free.”

“Paid for a before 12pm nextday delivery. Needed it due to delivery time. Got an 1630 slot which was no good. Emailed heritage. Can't ever find a reply. Had to drive to next county to pick it up from a delivery depot the day after that. Otherwise it wouldn't get sent out for couple of days. Asked the delivery company what had been paid for it was before 12pm option. Not the first time this has happened. But where else do you buy from.”
