“Leider enttäuschende Erfahrung. Laut Angabe sollte die Lieferung innerhalb von 1–2 Tagen erfolgen. Tatsächlich hat es jedoch 8 Tage gedauert, bis die Ware bei mir angekommen ist. Zudem war die Kommunikation wenig transparent – es gab zunächst keine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer und widersprüchliche Aussagen zum Versandzeitpunkt. Die Ware ist zwar angekommen, aber aufgrund der unzuverlässigen Lieferzeit und des mangelhaften Kundenservices kann ich den Shop nicht weiterempfehlen.”

“Ordered products which stated up to 3 weeks for delivery. Followed up after 4 weeks since I hadnt receive my full order, told I had to wait up to 3 more weeks for my order. Parts are still listed today on the site with the incorerct lead times. If I knew they would take that long we wouldnt have placed an order for these, I could have recieved them in 2 weeks from the UK. Ive ordered many times in the past and never had any issues so a bit disspointing. Its the first time ive ordred Land Rover partsand I have a car off the road and have to wait over a month longer than expected to get it back on the road. Order WEBXU260326000114479”
