“Closing down the front counter has made me look elsewhere for parts as there is no one I can ask for help. I know you closed it during Covid but that’s ended and some people like to talk to someone in person. I will only shop here if there is no other alternative.”

Hi there Nejmi, thank you for your feedback. We are not currently looking at re-opening the retail counter but we will be opening phone lines for advice on which parts to buy and other technical queries next year. Look out for our announcement in January 2025. In the meantime we do have a team of dedicated customer service assistants available 9-5 Monday to Friday if you email help@heritagepartscentre.com
