“ordered a fan switch for a type 4 it arrived when they said it would but on fixing it to the housing the control knob did not reach the switch. emailed you and explained you asked for pictures but how can you show this problem with a picture. so you said send it back. i contacted by phone another vw firm who said it was modifierd and needed the different knob. they sent it and arrived the next day. this i think was better sorted being able to talk to someone to explain the problem. Perhaps when customers have problems with your parts you could call them to sort it out instead of just send it back”

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to make outgoing calls to customers however we do have a helpline listed on our website that can receive incoming calls should you need any support over the phone in future. “Be upfront about all costs before a person places an order. $185 in shipping costs to get hounded by the shipping for another $85 before the purchase is delivered. If I had known I would have shipped placing an order with this company. I will never shop here again!”

“WARNING do not buy the 911 spring plates. They are not fit for purpose, the welds will brake and will lead to a front wheel loosing contact with the road. Heritage parts will not help you in any way and will blame you for not checking the welds. Very poor customer service. Avoid like the plague.”

Hi Rick, we are sorry for your experience but on checking we have an email trail here where we apologised, checked our stock for defects so we could be sure this was an isolated incident, and offered you a full refund. At no point have we refused to help or blamed you for the issue.

“Heritage parts supply good quality parts and you have a question it gets response within 24 hours . However I personally have experienced issues . One was a fly wheel main seal , I must have waited 15 Weeks with no updates when it would be delivered. The next issue is again an out of stock part , to date no update whatsoever when this part will be delivered. I am sure Heritage parts could give updates on a regular basis . Kind regards Paul Howard”
