“Sir. I am very disappointed with this quarter panel repair section. I bought this so that I could cut out a small area to repair my 1962 soft top beetle. There were no captive nuts as advertised and the mounting hole (where the captive nut should have been) was in the wrong place. As is often the case, I am drawn to VW Heritage Parts and then end up being unimpressed with the quality of items received. This panel is no exception. A previous order of a chrome horn ring for the same car was also a disappointment. It looked like it had been attacked by an angle grinder. I decided to let that one slide as it was not immediately noticeable but the poor quality was obvious. Charles Oliver Faversham KENT”
