“Der bestellte Auspuff hat eine sehr gute Verarbeitung. Ist noch nicht montiert da heute nach langer Wartezeit (Zoll) erst angekommen. Bei der Bestellung war mir nicht klar das die Ware direkt aus England kommt. Dadurch hat sich die Lieferung verteuert und verzögert.”

“When requiring VW or Porsche parts I always go to VW Heritage first. Pretty good stocks of std and performance parts stocked. Decent prices generally good delivery times with several shipping price/times offered. Sometimes let down by shipping companies. Just put another £400 order in and 2 items I require are on back order 1 week and 2 weeks notified. They always send stuff along that wasn’t in stock when it arrives and don’t charge extra carriage.”

“Shipping was more then parts which were very poor quality and very slow in ariving. Additional cost because of tariffs added and very slow at arriving. You lost a customer 😖!”

Hi Michael, we are sad to hear this - I cannot see any emails to our team about his but if you contact us regarding the quality issues we can deal with them and look to make this right. However, we ship to the US from the UK, we cannot make the journey any faster and there is nothing we can do about import tariffs.

“Il sito è ben fatto, con descrizioni dei pezzi e ben divisi per settore. Sarebbe bello avere l'opzione di una spedizione unica se un pezzo non è disponibile subito, avere il costo di 2 spedizioni in due settimane è assurdo. Per le restanti procedure tutto ok.”
