“Wir haben 2 Stück von diesen Teilen bestellt aber leider war nur einer im Paket, bezahlt haben wir schon beide ,es wurde uns angeboten, 3Wochen zuwarten ,weil im Moment nicht lieferbar oder Geld zurück,wir wollen warten und hoffen , dass es klappt !!Die anderen Sachen waren im Paket,Lieferung ging schnell Wir brauchen den zweiten unbedingt!! Paket war auch nicht beschädigt.”

“Service and communication is good as is the range of parts available. The only issue I have is the quality of some parts, air cooled Beetle, boot gas struts, I'm talking about you ! First set lasted 10 years, the next 2 sets about 10 minutes!”

The parts still haven't arrived, and even after your customer service claimed that the delay was the shipping company's fault, I have not received any further updates or communication. The level of customer service you have provided has been extremely disappointing. I will certainly not be using your services again.”

Hi Joao, I have reviewed our email coms with you regarding this. I apologize for any misunderstanding here, but your order was sent in two parts and we have replied to your messages and kept you informed throughout the process. At no point in any of the emails I have read did we blame any delays on shipping, as there weren't any. We simply infored you that you had not noticed one of the items was on back order and would follow in a separate dispatch. We then gave you tracking for that dispatch and checked and confirmed it had arrived for you.
