“Cannot praise your company highly enough for your prompt delivery of the items i ordered during your black friday promotion. As items had to travel to Australia i was hoping everything would be delivered without any problems. They all arrived safe and secure. Thank you again. “Ordered some spareparts, some were ok but the headlights groomets not. Even if i ordered 2x the same item, the quality between the 2 items is different, one is covered with poweder (softer) the black one is harder. I don t really understand that difference on the same groomet. See picture”

“Was a little disappointed. I ordered the incorrect coilovers for my vehicle and didn't get much help with resolving the issue. Other than its probably better for me to on sell the coilovers as it will be cheaper. I understand it's my fault for ordering the wrong part but I am new to Volkswagen's. I did mention I need to order many more parts but I will do that from some where that can offer a little more help if it's the wrong part. I'm in Australia and have purchased out of other companies overseas with other cars. Have never been told it would be cheaper for me to on sell parts before.”
