“Your customer service is excellent. You replied promptly and arranged return and refund which I have received. More information on your website would have helped me to decide whether this was the right part for me. Where the parts are sourced from, are they the same as each other if a pair, if the parts are reconditioned or new. I had already got original size crankshaft bearings so they would not fit with a reground crankshaft. I ordered some sill strengtheners from you which came from different sources and were mismatched in shape and strength. A well known VW body shop fitted them and painted the car and it is going to cost me thousands to put it right. Which is why it is still not on the road 5 years later. You did however, supply matching HD replacements but it again cost hundreds to sort out the problem. Anything just won't do. I do find your website much harder to use than it was before you changed it, not being 17 years old anymore. Sorry for this less than perfect reply but it is frustrating not having my Beetle on the road when it was not my fault.”

“Good is the top website and nearly all parts are available! Good is also the fast delivery time to Germany Not so good was the packing on my first order ( maybe because I choosed the delivery for free? ) On my second order I paid the nearly 30 EURO ( !!! ) for a much smaller package then the first order and received in the same time frame, but this time the goods were packed much better. Anyway...I will order again and more parts. BR, Matthias”

“The VW T5 window rain and wind deflectors do not have adequate instructions for fitting. Many people have already complained about this but nothing has been done to fix this issue which has obviously annoyed many previous buyers. This is an issue which you really should do something about because it continues to annoy buyers.”

“I've had some ups and downs with these guys over the years (mainly on delivery charges, or taking orders then cancelling due to not coming back in stock) but this time it was a seem less transaction. One thing to add could possibly be a very heritage email with carrier details and tracking number, as this time I got a text from delivery company three minutes before delivery and I was out of the house ...”

“Ordered multiple items sunday night and the package was quickly send the next morning. Arrived wednesday in NL with erveything i ordered, luckily, because the box was already open... The box was quite big because of the VintageSpeed exhaust inside but it was closed only with a few strips of tape. Luckily all the loose and extra parts we there. All the items were excellent. Despite the packaging I will definitely order again.”

“Actually giving bolt dimensions, size, length, pitch, was great. Normally just get Part numbers. Didn’t get a flanged bolt but can use a washer, hope the thread is long enough, better than other sites anyway. Knowledge is power to these people.”
