“They have an excellent product range and those niche parts”

“It didn't make me happy when a promo code didn't work. It did make me a little happier when an online chat guy tried to help but end result was a smaller discount. Alternative was to do the order by email to get the full discount. As order was tiny and it was late at night in Australia I chose the smaller discount option. So staff were good however the promo code should have worked and didn't”

“First of all, you speak english. I have dealt with your German affiliate and was not happy at all. The technical advice I received when I rebuilt my engine over last winter was very good. I just recently purchased some rear suspension parts and the process was good. Prices are little higher than I';d like, but hey, who wouldn't want cheaper prices...!”

“Very fast next day delivery.Impressive. It may help you to optimise your business, that I have found the Beetle 25/30bhp coverage on your website to have dropped over the last couple of years. I'm sure I saw 30bhp original fan housings on there not long ago? and I purchased oversize 30hp bearings which have now been deleted .Navigation for parts without the part number seems more difficult.”

“gearchange linkage arrived quicly and fitted well but i was not able to replace ball under gear lever. manual says exhaust downpipe needs to be removed so I gave up and just packed grease into it was not too worn end result gear lever now feels positive. Should have done repairs ages ago.”

“VW Heritage have top notch staff on their online chat service. They have never failed to answer a question from me and seem to have a knowledge base that doesn't just come from a script. The site offers a comprehensive range of parts for all models in the VW list. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that they often have low stock of many items, which creates a delay when ordering.”

“this produce is a good replacement for original rubber shifter coupling ,but instead of using rubber they use a hard plastic type material for the square blocks in the coupling ,where by the original coupling was rubber ,you need to either use your old fastening screw to attach it to the gearbox shaft or order a new one when ordering this item. all said the produce fit correctly and made my shifting more precise than with old worn out rubber one i had fitted. p,s if you are going for the uthene solid type shifter coupling made by empi you need to order a new tube and self tapping screw as the one that empi supply dont work correctly,i wish empi had better quality control than they do as i bought numerous empi types and i have had to adapt them to work .”

“The duckbill spoiler was not that bad quality a lot batter than I expected so I was happy with that. The genuine arch spats are very poor quality, I would not like to see the non genuine ones. hopefully they will look better on the caddy.”
