“It is 9 am on the day of delivery and I haven't received my 1 hour time slot.”

“Had the part I needed at a reasonable cost. However I ordered on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery - only received the item on the Monday via DPD whereas I would have liked it for the weekend when I could have changed it over on the van. Also this must be the most excessive packaging I've seen in quite a while ! - see photo attachment! Really would have expected it in a jiffy bag!”

“Web ordered a £4 part and was sent the wrong part.....it was an easy mistake to make. Phoned and spoke to member of staff who identified the correct part and sent to me free of charge and also said to keep the original part.”

“I was able to find the part required. It was good to be able to leave details for the delivery person if required. I think it could be clearer what parts are for what cars instead of T1 or T2 on descriptions where beetles are concerned as beginners could be confused.”

“You had the right camcover gasket available but I paid £6 for express delivery but the order was too late in the day to ACTUALLY fulfill my request. Therefore it probably won't arrive any earlier than if I'd opted for standard postage . Might be nice at the checkout to know that in advance as I've kinda wasted £6 😕”

“Quick turnaround and delivery of goods ordered. Could have done with a better description of the gas bottle holder purchased as this just states will fit VW T2; T4 and T25 but the plastic strap supplied is for a gas bottle clearly a lot larger then the 4.5kg / 3.9kg bottle you would usually find in one of these vehicles. How this item will measure up is yet to be seen.”
