“Order parts on line. Bonnet sound proofing I found not at all easy to fit. I cannot understand why if the pieces are cut to shape, why can't they be cut to size. I fitted one piece out of five and immediately removed it as it looked awful. I've since sourced the genuine sound proofer from Germany. Already cut to size with self adhesive backing, looks indentical to original. Other than that no complaints with VW heritage yourselves, just the product. Thanks Paul”

“Was delivered to my house I rang be herstage up to have the delivery address changed I was told it had been changed I got a txt next day to say it was going to be delivered between 11 and 12 but it didn't turn up it was took back to my house again when no one there so ended up having to pick it up from a collection point over the years of buying a few bits this was the worst one parts ok so all ends well”

“Postage and delivery very good. One of the items I purchased , lockable fuel cap I felt to be cheap quality, I would definitely spend a few pound more for the more expensive cap.”

“I find VW Heritage are very helpful and very happy to help. I brought a backplate for my T25 - the bracket on it snapped when assembling it to the car. Had to get it welded on properly. Recently I brought a Cuscriform Plastic for the Gear Shift - that was fine - but as I also needed some O Rings and a couple of C Clips - the hole bill came to just under £20 inc P&P. But it was quick service.”

“Special offer email with 10% discount sent to my mail box. However, when total amount was added up for the order, the discount was not correct. Contacted vie Facebook messenger and correct discount applied and money returned to my account. Goods arrived quickly and well packaged for protection! Would use again but watch the discount is correct on paying!”
