from 3 stars to 5 stars. New system of no direct phone contact for sales, not good. Miss the knowledge database of staff to guide order. Lack of options for post to the Channel Islands makes it very very expensive to make small orders. Positive good and extensive availability of parts.

Hi, the alternator was fine but the bracket did not come with the part and I have had to tie on a piece of wire to keep it from moving. I need an adjustable bracket to allow for tension. This did not come with the part as was not explained. Any ideas ?

Brett sorted the issue of the missing parts, I wrote some heated emails, that would not have been necessary if dispatch had have sent me an email that the missing parts were dispatched and on their way to me. Regards Kevin Stewart

I ordered a bolt, and the shifter lock that you offer. I was expecting a new part with instructions but instead received a used incomplete shifter lock. It was taped closed in its box, but with no instructions. I had to disassemble it to future out how it works. Upon getting an instruction sheet from a parts distributor I also see that there is a spring missing from it. It has scratches in the plate the key lock is on at the top, and the paint is chipped all over it. A clearly Used part, not what I was hoping for for the price.

Again DPD failed, came this time left a card but not the package, really. Had an Amazon packaged delivered no problem received. I can’t fault you but please use a reliable courier

Thanks for the feedback Simon. Sorry DPD let you down we use several couriers and while they are all good in the main sometimes things go wrong. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The Staff are great....UNFORTUNATELY the powers that be used Covid as a great excuse to shut the shop AND THEN close the phone lines so the only way of communication is via email, which could take up to 3 days to receive a reply from. What are you thinking? I am thinking it is a cost cutting exercise by yourselves which is such a shame because you had a good set up before. Trying to explain a problem through email could be a War in Peace novel rather than a quick chat. The human element of this business is slowly being replaced which is such a shame. The last time I dealt with yourselves was over the phone (BEFORE YOU CLOSED IT!!!) and had a problem with a pair of brake calipers that I purchased from you. It was all sorted in minutes....I fear this will not be the case in the future. Not due to the Staff, but due to idiots who run it. I have given 5 out of 10 on recommending and a 3* rating of Heritage purely because you have cut all forms of voice communication. I have given the Customer Service 5* because they are an asset to this company, something the idiots should remember.

We are and always have been primarily an online mail order business and due to continued hybrid working for our technical and customer service teams post Covid we don’t have the team members required in the building to offer a walk in shop service unfortunately. We do still offer click and collect for local enthusiasts. The decision to turn off the phones was driven by a number of factors but primarily to enable our team to effectively manage and maintain the huge range we stock while continuing to offer a good technical advice service. We no longer take orders over the phone but tech advice and order help is a available via the contact form, this enables us to collect the data required to advise you properly and efficiently. Sent wrong year and wrong description stuff a few times but the products that were sent were if good quality and arrived on time spent around 8k in total

Weil Ihr mich explizit fragt. Im Moment eher weniger gut. Die Bestellte Ware konnte nicht zugestellt werden,weil der Postbote meine Adresse nicht finden konnte. Eine Mail an euch um die Adresse zu bestätigen blieb unkommentiert. Bei einem Telefonat eine Woche später wurde Mir gesagt,das Ich warten müsse,bis die Ware wieder zurück geschickt wird und dann wird sich gemeldet,was als nächstes passiert. Ein Anruf letzte Woche ergab,das man über meinen Fall nicht Bescheid weiß und man bei der Versandabteilung nach fragt,was bei denen Stand der Dinge ist um Mir das dann mit zu teilen. Bis Dato ohne Antwort…Übermorgen werde Ich wohl noch einmal bei euch anrufen müssen. Gruß

Hi Ben, Thank you for your feedback. Our order cut-off for next-day delivery is 4 pm therefore as you placed your order at 8.30 pm, unfortunately, the deadline was missed. Having said that, although DPD did collect the parcel from us on the June 1st it didn't get delivered to you until June 6th. Apologies for the delay, we will refund you the £11.00 you paid for express delivery to your credit card. Thanks.

Ordering process went well enough, though one of the parts was unavailable though still for purchase on the site. Annoying for the customer. Finally, I live in the Netherlands and had to call the warehouse in the UK to get an update about my order since the tracking information provided was invalid. In addition, I had to call at least 10 times (cost me €6) and wait in a queue of 8 or 9 callers before speaking with a rep. Heritage has a big selection of parts but there are other dealers out there I would recommend which have a far more fluid ordering process.

Good Helpful staff ,mostly quality parts Bad Terrible packing of parts for posting , not being able to phone in orders all day bad , parts Web site rubbish and very jumbled and hard to find items.
