“I'm disappointed one of the parts will arrive torn, and the shipment I asked to send at a standard postal company, not Fadex or UPS because they took a lot of money for handling”

“Very limited stock of air-cooled Porsche items stocked . As with all Porsche part suppliers various prices rember to factor in postage costs .”

“Unfortunately the part won't fit on my door as the bolt holes are way off and when you manage to line them up it is impossible to turn the key , gutted as now have to pay for another full MOT”

“Buenas tardes; el recambio de calidad buena, pero pasó mucho tiempo desde que hice el pedido hasta que salió de sus instalaciones. volveré a comprar, pero en ocasiones un retraso en racambios hace tenet un vehiculo paradop mas tiempo del que nos gustaria, saludos”

“Hi at Heritage, we have two things to say. There are never invoices in the parcels. So we never know if it comes later by email or not. And it seems we get some deliveries twice. I can be mistaken, but we order and some stuff comes from the UK and another one with the same part again from your warehouse in Bremen/Germany. Apart from that, the quality of your parts is usually really good and we never get any complaints from our customers. Regards Gunar from Ralfs VW Teile”

“Lange Lieferzeit und fehlende Sendungsverfolgung. Die Ware (in dem Fall überwiegend verschiedene Aufkleber) ist „ok“, entspricht allerdings nicht ganz dem Original.”

“Previous I have purchased good parts. Last purchase was £70+ switch sadly was faulty. But was such a pain to alter existing column housing to fit indicator switch gonna leave it. But a cheaply constructed light duty affair which I will have to replace. But next time not Heritage!!”

“i had a 3 clip gear-change top gear cap for my mark 4 golf and got a 4 clip one, broke off clips and stuck it on . Looks good now, to much hassle and postage to send back.”
