“The good news is that I accidentally ordered P/N 171-121-051/G which showed to be on backorder. I didn't want to wait for it, and Josh responded right away and shipped the rest of my order. All the coolant hoses look good. The bad news is that fuel pump connector hose, P/N 533-201-243, which is supposed to be a 9mm to 11mm adapter, actually measures more like 8mm to 9mm and it won't fit the 12mm nipple on my fuel pump (P/N 580-464-126).”

“Ordered the barn door plastic trims and the holes didn’t align with the ones in the van. Stars are based on quick delivery and the quality of the product. Had they actually have fit without having to make additional holes then would be better.”

“The quality and price of the product was good. It fitted without issue and was near identical to the original. I have the same criticism each time, the amount of time it takes to receive my order. If I am paying premium postage / courier rates (I am) then it shouldn't take over a week. I ordered from Cool Air VW last week, it took three days to arrive.”

“Ordered several repair panels for my MK2 golf, (l&r sills, l&r rear quarters and rear vallence). Almost all of them were damaged or simply didn't fit properly. The rear vallence was misshapen and didn't fit the towing eye, the R sill was crumpled in at the front and both rear quarters simply aren't the right shape. They've all required extra work to repair & reshape, they arrived on time so I guess that's a plus.”

“The mirrors were received promptly, well packaged and good quality. My only criticism is the protective film over them was nearly impossible to remove. It came off one reasonably easily. The other was not so willing. It took over an hour literally picking it off millimeter by millimeter. Perhaps a more easily removable film would be better, please.”
