“The best there is”

“Appalling customer service. Ordered a this part, tried to amend the order through the original purchase order, no facility to amend or cancel an order once placed on ther site. Tried calling all the contact numbers to find the only way to contact this company is via a customer service email. Emailed them immediately after ordering the part to amend my order, no reply to email for around 2 days and original part had already been sent. Now part still hasn't even arrived and am being told it was delivered according thier system and to check with neighbours. Poor service.”

“Communication is diabolical. Over 48 hours to respond to a message and the second message on a different topic, about an incorrect listing, was answered in about the same time. This really is not good enough for business, if you cannot have a telephone line where a customer can actually call and talk with someone. Poor customer service/ Customers not valued.”

“Wonderful company to do business with. Fast service, shipping, and communication was great. Absolutely love my new shifter. My only recommendation would be for better instructions in the box for the Vintage Speed shifters. Took a few hours to figure out how to adjust the shifter base and lockout plate to be able to engage reverse and also to be able to engage 1st and 2nd gears without using the reverse lockout. After all that, shifts like butter! Very pleased.”

“Am 01.04. bestellt. Lieferzeitangwabe mit 3 Wochen. Heute hgaben wir den 30.04. und keinerlei Info wann die Zierleisten geliefert werden. 2 Sterne da ich die Materialqualität und die Passgenauigkeit wegen der ausstehenden Teillieferung nicht beurteilen kann. Schade.”

Hallo Klaus es tut mir leid, dass Sie diese Erfahrung gemacht haben, aber ich kann sehen, dass unser Kundenservice Sie zu Ihrer Bestellung beraten hat. Es tut mir leid für Teillieferungen, dies ist manchmal notwendig, wenn nicht alle bestellten Teile zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung auf Lager sind.
