“1. Two items ordered. First delivered ok but I had to query the status of the second as there was no communication indicating if it was shipped, lost or delayed. If there had been an update I would not have had to email your help desk and waste their time. 2. As I live in Ireland (in the EU) ordered through the German outlet but was still charged 23% tax. There was no reply to my query”

“Orderd the parts that I needed for delivery in South Africa. Shipping was via postal service and 7 weeks later still waiting for my package. Ordered part form other suppliers and delivery was in 7 days, door to door delivery, at the same cost. Probably wont be able to order from you again.”
