“Ordered a specific battery clamp. Was then told it was on 'Back Order' delivery in a week, which was fair enough, as MOT due in week and a half. 4 days later clamp turns up, totally the wrong on. Telephone lines only open for a short duration, sent an email to be told their supplier had changed the specification......that is not my problem. They could have informed me when they received it before shipping it was wrong, but no sent it out anyway. Asked if they could send another which would suffice, but was told I would have to order that one, pay for it, and return the wrong one they sent for a refund. Too much faffing around. Nice to know they have not changed over the years, with incorrect parts sent, hoping you will just accept them. Not impressed.”

Hi there, I am sorry for your experience with this order. I have looked into the email communications and can see that we changed supplier on this product but were assured that the part would perform the same function.

“I ordered the electric window inner panel for my VW Transporter. It was extremely well priced when comparing some dubious items on ebay etc.. The item was sent well packaged and arrived quickly. It fitted nicely with no issues and is working as it should. No complaints and will use Heritage again.”
