“Heritage was fantastic. I needed a fuel tank and fuel gauge sending unit for my ‘82 vw rabbit truck. Parts were not easy to find (I found out the hard way). Heritage had exactly the correct parts. Communication was excellent. I’ll definitely buy from them again.”

“Over the past couple of months i have had a nightmare with my project build - the shining light has been VW Heritage, i have been able to order the parts i needed and they have arrived quickly and enabled me to progress. “Great quality and good prices. Quick delivery and good service. The only negative I would say is that you used to be able to chat direclty to staff with any enquiries, now it's all online/via email only which really isn't ideal. We had questions about a particular product that, speaking to somebody in person, woud have been resolved in 10 minutes maximum. Instead, it was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, checking emails and replying etc. and ended up taking 2 days extra to actually place the order. The customer service itself is, and always has been, excellent, but taking away the facility to speak to somebody really does let down the company and experience overall.”
