“Hello, the part was installed without any problems. It was shipped via UPS, but there was a problem in Shenzhen. After arriving at Narita, it flew to Tokyo, and it took 10 days to arrive after I ordered it. The last time I ordered a muffler, it took 5 days, so this time it felt longer. I feel like there are a lot of problems in Shenzhen.”

“Very happy with this company I ordered my part unfortunately due to a shipping error on the shipping company's behalf my part was lost I contacted heritage parts customer service to which they gave me 5 out of 5 experience very nice to deal with and sent me a replacement asap which I have fit to the car and has resolved my problem”

“Elliot was really helpful with a problem I had before heading for holiday in the camper. He was very patient and helped and advised what the part was and how I could source. This was not an item Heritage could offer but that didn’t stop Elliot really helping me identify the part and also advise on what to do.”

“Pretty disappointed after the amount of business I have given Heritage for you to want to charge me $30 for sending me 2 rubber washers .. not good. Dont mind paying for things but noone likes feeling ripped off.”
