Wanted a hammock in front as the roof hammocks were still a bit daunting for our 3yr old Son. Excellent product and looks good in the campervan

overall pretty good. Would say packaging could have been a bit better. For items that have a painted coating it would have helped to have more protection as several scuffs and scratches were present upon delivery, where the items had knocked into eachother. would use service again though

Product fine. Only comment is that terminals on LH mirror in different position to originals so needed to be bent slightly to clear mechanism behind.

shipping can often be more than other suppliers , doesn't seem to be any reason for it as they are not sent by any special courier etc .

Good service as always. If I'm being picky, your delivery details need to be sharpened up: make it clear if something isn't in the free delivery promo. Make sure the actual delivery banding and the blurb about delivery in the catalogue match up. Above all, and really, really, REALLY importantly, if there is no next day option, TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY CAN EXPECT DELIVERY. Sorry about the shouty capitals, but really has my back up at the moment. I've placed an order in excess of £500 and don't have a clue when it will be with me.

I had already found the part available on your website so I was able to help to find it in store. I didn't realise from your website that I could order on line and then pick up in store. It was good to hear that there will be specific Polo listing especially Mk2's. Some time a go, I was trying to find a throttle position sensor (tps) to fit a Bosch throttle body and there was no cross reference from the Bosch part number to its constituent parts. If someone was to think a little bit out of the box and not rely on what the computer says then that would be a good thing. I eventually guessed what the tps would look like and I bought the correct one (Louwe) on Ebay which I then found had the VW part number on it and fits a number of VWs. I found the front of shop has some of the elements to excite customers. If you tempt customers into looking at a product line that perhaps that had not previously thought of buying so increase your temptation at the front of store. There was a choice of 2 fuel pumps for my Polo which was in fact for a Mk2 Golf that had the same price. I didn't know which one had the better quality. VW Heritage I feel has huge potential to become a one stop shop. I am modifying my engine and gearbox. Is there someone that can offer advice on tuning engines and which speed parts are best? There is a plethora of suppliers for air cooled VWs. Does it make sense to to give more emphasis to water cooled?

Very helpful staff most parts obtainable fairly quickly on a whole very good Some parts placed on back order do take a considerable amount of time although this is the fault of the suppliers perhaps Heritage could issue a bi-weekly status report via email to save the customer having to phone up and bother the staff

Some of the staff at the call centre could do with better product knowledge/recommendations are different from different staff? Parts could have the generic vw part numbers to avoid confusion with your own part numbers. Otherwise great chap on the phone that I spoke to would recommend to others. Easy use of your site!

Very prompt service, excellent value for money, however let down by minimal (none) installation instructions - VW T4 Wind Deflectors ( products very good)

I have a 1996 2.6i South African Caravelle. Parts are difficult to come by in the UK so it is very good that VW Heritage have stock now and then. It is worth signing up for the newsletter as that's what prompted me to check your website whereupon I spotted the brake discs I was after. I ordered by phone and they arrived as promised and very well packed. Thanks for good service. Just a minor point about delivery costs: it would be helpful if the delivery options are notified when making a telephone order. I didn't need the parts urgently and would've opted for free delivery had I known about it.

Bought some ignition parts for my VW bus, all went well and got delivered the next day. The only gripe was with the quality of the ignition leads I bought. I wouldn't rate them as "Good" quality, I would say they were rather poor. They work OK, but the caps that go onto the dizzy cap are very thin (and cracked!) rubber and if you try to get them off again, it's pulls the centre wire out. I guess you get what you pay for right? Other than that, it was all cool, so much so that I visited the shop in Shoreham on the Friday (I cycled part of the Downs Link) to buy another condenser, apart from the overly long wait to be seen (the desk was unmanned so I had to call the line on the desk), it was a very pleasant place to be. I did want to steal that crate motor though! ;o)
