“only bought the parts from vw as they are the same as used on my aston martin but were about one third of the price”

“I required four replacement bobbin mounts for my VW T4 intercooler found them on the VW Heritage website ordered on the 22 Feb and received and fitted on the 24th. Excellent”

“Easy wed site bottom pulley for lt35 mk1 also fits t25?? Delivery was four days but got it in the end mot in morning. Better pass or teddy gets it thank you good service :-)”

“Shipping was delayed due to one order item not being in stock. didn't realise that i hadn't paid for not in stock item until i had an email asking for the balance though. was kept informed on the delivery date and time. will definately use again”

“Bought stainless steel outriders for blade bumper. There were small imperfections on them so not perfect, possibly due to packaging. They did arrive very quickly which is a bonus.”

“The item arrived within 5 days, but the box was very battered. The item was sent in a bubble wrap envelope, not the best way to deliver it. The item wasn't damaged, but it's box wasn't great as a Christmas present.”

“Just a little feedback. VW Heritage and everyone else, who supplies parts and stuff for aircooled VW's show a picture of grey wing beading that looks dark grey. In reality, all of you supply a product that's very light grey. It's very misleading. My car is anthracite grey and the wing beading currently being described as dark grey would stick out like dog's balls on a canary if I fitted it to my car :) Not a complaint, just some feedback. I am just setting out on a full restoration of my 63 beetle and will come back to you for a whole range of parts over the coming 6 months. Have a great xmas. Rob Hazelwood. Whenever I've called you guys for advice you've been really helpful.”

“Brilliant stock of parts which can be difficult to find now.. Took a while to be delivered but the part i'd ordered had to be posted from Germany i believe. Courier service was brilliant, constantly updated about delivery and was even sent a picture of where they had left my parcel! Will be using vw heritage again in the future!”

“Prompt delivery, thank you but disappointed with the visor clips. Just don't fit. Am having to widen the opening so the visors will clip otherwise I'm going to break them straight away.”

“ordered at a show , got no paperwork whatsoever, items came some weeks later with some items missing, no explination as to why things were missing and any plans to forwards later , just little things in the process that could make the experiecnce a little better for the customer no complait but some bits of the process need smartening up”

Thanks for taking the time to review us. When we take orders at shows, we tend to do them using a remote link to our Shoreham-By-Sea office via laptops, hence no paper invoice would be available at the show. The orders are sent direct and allocate what items we have in stock at the time. At the show we usually give the customer the option to have sent what we have in stock or wait for the order to be 100% before sending. Apologies for the delay in getting the initial order out to you.

Thanks for taking the time to review us and apologies for the delay in receiving your order. Web Orders that are sent with FOC shipping are sent on a 2-3 day service. We do also offer a next working day service which is currently £6.00 for orders that are needed rapidly. Orders placed over the weekend are not processed until the start of the week Monday, so this may have also added to the delay.
